Letchworth Project: A Complete Renovation
Location: Letchworth
This three-bedroom home in Letchworth underwent a complete renovation inside and out.
Our team carried out full electrical and plumbing installations, fitted a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, and added bespoke wardrobes along with a modern media wall.
Outdoors, we transformed the garden by removing old trees, installing new fencing, and laying a stunning porcelain patio. The lawn was levelled and re-turfed, new walls were built, and all necessary services were extended to the brand-new office we constructed at the rear of the garden.
Letchworth Construction Team: Stylish Home Refurbishment
Opening the space within the house created a stylish, open plan living area perfect for family living and entertaining.
Our team of builders converted the living room, dining area and kitchen into a single. We also built a new utility room. New radiators and gas heating were installed along with new floor tiles.
The bespoke kitchen included an island for additional storage.
Hitchin Project: Interior Refurbishment
Location: Hitchin
This full interior refurbishment transformed the entire property from the inside out.
Our team handled all carpentry and general building works while managing and supporting every trade involved — including electricians, plumbers, window fitters, and joiners.
Although no exterior works were carried out, the project was a complete internal renovation, showcasing our ability to coordinate complex builds and deliver high-quality finishes across every stage of construction.
Letchworth Team: Bespoke Carpentry for Modern Living
A living area was renovated to offer the best of modern living.
Our team blended building and carpentry skills to construct a new media wall in the living room. The space needed new windows, wiring and flooring.
The floor needed levelling before the new timber floor could be installed.
New windows were installed, as well as new timber skirting and doors.
To complete the look, new lighting was installed the area was expertly decorated.
Hertford Project: Extensive Renovation
Location: Hertford
This Hertford property involved extensive structural and interior work, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and restoration.
Our team completed all carpentry works and repointed the existing brickwork to restore its original character. We designed and built bespoke curved vanity units, installed MF ceilings throughout, and added metal stud framing to accommodate insulation on external walls.
The roof was fully reconstructed with steel beams, dormers, lead tiles, and natural slate, complemented by new fascia, soffits, gutters, and downpipes. To complete the transformation, the external brickwork was professionally power-washed using a steam cleaner and specialist chemicals, bringing the building’s façade back to life.
